• Return Period: Customers can return any book within 15 days of the receipt date for a full refund.
• Condition of Returned Books: To be eligible for a return, the book must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Books returned with obvious signs of use or damage will not qualify for a refund.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within eight (8) days.
• Exchanges: We only replace books if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at teamcbl@cbledu.com and send your item to our return mailing address.
